Build Quality

i've received it a couple of weeks ago. It is just so wonderful. It moves the air around very well.. and it really moves the air. It's circulates every corner of the room.. when I was a youngster my mother had a big green steel vornado Fan hooked into the window and it exhausted the air into the street. It was very powerful.. no one makes a fan like Vornado. Roy from LI

a site owned and operated by Vornado Air LLC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We always have fans blowing, whether it's ceiling fans or small room fans. We use them for air circulation as well as noise barriers. The Vornado is now everyone's favorite fan. There are six people in our house and everyone fights over this fan. Literally, we've established a schedule for taking turns. The Vornado circulates air like a storm. It is aptly named. The kids turned in on in the living room and within seconds I felt it moving air from the kitchen. There are several settings. The highest one is amazingly powerful, and the lowest is quieter, but still moves air like a champ. We've used it to move the air in the large room and as a noise barrier in the kids room at bedtime. I look forward to using it on the back porch this summer. I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat and will most definitely recommend it to my friends.

The fan with a perfect name

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I primarily use this air circulator on the main floor of our home because it is open from the front to the back and this 723 Circulator from Vornado gets the job done at keeping this area cool. This product is by far much better than any other fan that I have used for the same reason. It is so powerful that you can feel it from one end to the other. I use this more than I use our ceiling fan. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a quality high powered compact floor/ table top fan.

This Circulator Fan is Amazing.

I really like this fan it circulates the air very well. I bought it as a replacement for a Vornado fan that was about 15 years old since the motor had stopped running. I'm a big fan of vornado products and also have one of their heaters. They are very reliable.

723 Fan Review

Over the past 10 years I have purchased a half dozen or so room circs, small and large, and a heater or two. I have always been very satisfied with the constant worry free operation. The one problem I did have was repaired and sent back quickly, The only gripe I have is the untimely discontiuation of the variable speed controls. They are so much easier for getting just the right airflow... Oh, they could be a bit more quieter... Just my two cents.

Bring the variable speed control back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My master bedroom is located on the second level of my home. It also tends to be the room that holds the most heat, while the rest of my home is relatively cool. My husband and I needed some help as our old fan did not fit the bill. We were both waking up in the middle of the night hot and sweaty. I don't know why I'd never heard of the Vornado brand; but it is a quality company. We run the fan throughout the night and the noise level is low, and tolerable. I find it interesting that I continuously feel air circulating even though the fan does not blow on my directly. I can keep the temperature setting a few degrees higher while remaining comfortable. This will pay dividends in the long-run.

Best Air Circulator

I purchased my whole room circulator over 10 years ago. I live in Texas and we have had a brutally hot summer. It has saved me a lot of money. I can keep my thermostat much higher than normal. My circulator has variable speed which the new ones do not. I hope they bring those back --even if more money as the variable speed is worth the difference

Saves me $$$

Who needs a 5 year warranty when this fan might just last forever? I purchased this full-room fan 10 years ago and it is still going strong. It is a bit noiser than the newer models, but still very efficient. When my kids have been in a hurry to dry a t-shirt, they hang it directly on the outside and within a few minutes it is dry! Talk about a fan of many uses. This was our first, but I have also purchased 4 other Vornado fans for our home and family members.

Have had this fan working for 10 years now!

I purchased a few months ago and it's been great. I mainly use it to vent hot air outside during cool evenings. It has flexible use. I can adjust the angle so the air is sent through a screen door and over the balcony. With a window open, I can feel cool air rushing in. It may not be the most optimal use of the product, but for me it's working well. Another thing I like is how sturdy and quiet it is on the floor. The previous box fan I had vibrated against the floor, made lots of noise and sometimes knocked itself over. The Vornado doesn't do any of those things.

Nice design

Paula

Like Vornado fans. The variable speed ones are the best. The company however , does not offer them (Energy smart/variable speed) in black.
Had to settle for this one. It has three speeds. Slowest speed WAY TOO LOUD, and strong. Sleeping with this fan on at lowest setting?
 fugeddaboudit.
Really hope that variable speed fans will soon be available in black. I can't wait to swap this one out for a variable speed fan.
Would recommend *with caveat* that this fan is noisy, loud, and too strong, even at lowest setting.

Good fan but prefer Variable speed fans-black pls!
