The fan works. Its purpose is to provide a little extra life to a computer that has taken to shutting itself down over the past year. The real test will come this summer when the light coming in the windows may heat it up more.

This my second Flippi. The first one started making noise at the motor bearings after a couple of years of daily use on low while sleeping. High was a little too much noise for sleeping. It would be nice if they made one in this size with 3 speeds.

Quite on low and plenty of air flow

Very compact, great design, really kicks out the air on high setting; low setting is completely silent. Tilt and swivel are great features. If color is important to you, the blue is actually a very deep midnight blue, closer to black in appearance.

Nifty little fan, perfect for my desk at work.

I love this little fan. It sits perfectly on my my desk and does its job. I love the design, the appeal, the ease-of-use, the mobility and different configurations of this little device. I just love it.

Best Fan Ever.

Overall its a great quiet fan. My only complaint is the weird switch on the bottom of the fan. When you try to use the switch your whole fan moves too. For the $20 I paid I feel like it could have a better switch mechanism.

Quiet Fan

When I picked this up using SiteToStore, I was very surprised at how small the box was. This fan is tiny!

I now understand that this model is very much a "personal" or "desktop" fan meant to be blowing directly at you.

I was looking for a relatively compact fan to circulate air around several computers, so although the small size was handy, I had two issues relative to my needs.

1) The fan did not push enough air. This is no fault of the fan--it is my fault for not realizing how small the V6 model was. I now realize that I needed something that moves more air than the V6.

2) I am looking for a very quiet fan. Although on its low setting it isn't loud, it wasn't as quiet as I would have expected on it's low speed. The high speed was obviously noisy, but even on low, the noise was noticeable.

Probably a good option to consider for a desk or a cube where you want gentle direct air circulation, but not a good choice for anything more demanding.

Good product, but didn't meet my specific needs

This is the 2nd one I've purchased & I purchased the 1st one for alot more at another place!!

Love it

We do not have airconditioners in the hall and bathroom, so the fan does the trick. It is purfect. It is small and works well.

It solves my problem in the bathroom.

I think the air circulator is good, but I should have purchased an actual fan. The size is perfect for my desk, the low setting is very quiet, but the high setting is pretty loud. On low, I can't really feel the air so if I have it on high and I am talking the phone or someone is in my office I have to turn it down in order to hear.

Air circulator versus fan

The fan is a nice size and the fold up it a nice feature but it is so loud it would be annoying in an office setting and too loud to use at night for sleep. I took mine back and got a different style.
