I've been using this humidifier for two weeks. It has all the features I wanted and I especially like the controls. It has high, low and auto speed selection. I use Auto and the mist is perfect for me. The Humidistat control works great for me. I have to add distilled water daily because I prefer keeping the humidity level I want.

Great humidifier. It shuts off once the desired humidity is reached. Also shuts off when it's out of water. Only negative is that I wish it was bigger so I don't have to refill sonoften

I researched 8 humidifiers and this one is the one with the features I liked best. I like that you can set the level of humidity you want and that it can be set to be automatic or for a set period of time. I like that the mist is cold and not hot which could burn. I like the water holder that is easy to take out, refill, and put back in. I like that it turns off when there is no more water. I got it because my place is heated by hot air and the leaves of my plants were turning brown. Now they are thriving and putting out new leaves.  I have had this for about a month and it has gone smoothly.

I bought two of these humidifiers a month ago.  They are really easy to use.  They take regular tap water because of the included filter.  The large water tank gives all night uninterrupted use.  The powerful fan insures good distribution of the vapor.  Highly recommend this product.

Easy to Use!

We bought this humidifier about 1 month ago after doing much research.  We have used a humidifier every year since our kids were infants.  We have never found one the worked well and was easy to clean… until now!  This humidifier is so easy to clean with no unreachable areas and so easy to use.  I love not having a wick to deal with!

Best humidifier we have ever bought

We bought this for ourselves last year. We liked it enough to buy another as a gift this year. A visiting friend remarked on how quiet it was, saying her husband was turning off her other humidifier because of noise. We bought her one for Christmas. Now it sits on her side of the bed. It's small, easy to fill, easy to see when it's low, variable mist, good value.

Well designed

I just wanted to write a review after owning this for 4 years, it's still going strong, it is so easy to clean.... zero complaints.  Thank you for making a product that's of excellent quality.  This was sent to me from Vornado after another humidifier failed me twice by leaking water on my hard wood floors. They definitely stand behind their product's so contact them if you have any issues and they will make it right with you. Thank you Vornado

Still going strong after 4 years

Been using for about 3 weeks for nighttime humidification. Previously used teardrop-type humidifiers for several years.  Good: simple easily refilled water tank, generally quiet operation, fan dispersing mist more evenly throughout room, relative ease of cleaning.  Not so good: it is too easy to think the water tank is closed securely when it is not (leading to a whole gallon of water spilling out), the fan is unacceptably noisy when cycling on & off after programmed humidity level has been reached, and the control button labels are impossibly miniscule.  So: Recommend but with reservations

Some good features, some not so good

I am returning customer of Vornado, the previous unit I had stopped working unexpectedly. So I decided to see what else Vornado had for a single room humidifier. This unit is smaller, quieter and less bright than the previous model. It's very easy to handle and fill the tank. Also no large filters just the mineral thingy to replace.

Quiet

It's wonderful. Great and quiet. Humidifies the whole room. I loved this thing. Keept it on for constant humidity. After the first month, i clean it, get a new mineral cartridge and keep it running. Just about an hour ago i heat a grinding noise and discover it's the humidifier.  I lift the base up and restart it and no luck.  I've completely cleaned the unit and nothing has changed.  5 star humidifier but 1 star for longevity of life.
