Bought this for my 2-year-old granddaughter and she absolutely loves it!  It looked so small out of the packing but it's a perfect fit.  Purple color is not too bright, and the matching umbrella is a plus.  It's lightweight and folds easily.  It does have a tendency to tip backwards as she pushes to sit so just a caution to watch (teaching her to go backside first).  Overall, a good purchase.
