This fan is easy to assemble and looks terrific. Easy to adjust speeds and can stay in one position or move side to side as needed. Moderately priced so easy to put one in each room.

Summer breeze

I was very surprised at how quiet the fan was on high speed.  Someone finally got smart and designed metal clips to attach the front and back covers together instead of a plastic band that eventually breaks.  That is why I had to buy a new fan.  Having the adjustable height and tilt is fantastic as well.

Westinghouse makes a great fan

Very good fan, I like the heavy base and the twisting switch/speed selector. Low noise, good air flow. A weak point is the plastic nut that holds the back fan grid to the motor assembly, on some units it's too loose. It may be a good idea to put some plumber's tape on the thread when assembling the fan (I haven't tried this yet).

Great fan

They do move a lot of air with the 5 blade design but they are no less quiet than any other fan on the market. Also, they are constructed from cheap materials, even though they are metal, as the inside tube on the base that the fan hooks to and you tighten the screw to hold it was collapsed when I opened the box for assembly like someone had cranked it way too tightly.  Took some adjusting to get it back into round so the screw will hold. I just hope it holds up over time. I would return for exchange but I live way out in the boonies 80k from the store and it was brought in on special order. It is operational and it's nasty hot in my house without fans so I am making it work. I would have to do a great deal of thinking before purchasing another one as out of the two I purchased one was fine went together fine and is working as advertised and it does move a lot of air. The other one had the faulty or damaged tube, I am not sure which, but once I saw it and figured out a way to repair it it works fine and is holding the height just fine as that was the part damaged when I received it. Remains to be seen as to the longevity of the units as they are only about two weeks into operation. Also the TINY screw that holds the front cage over the blade is poorly designed and a real pain to get in place. It could be easily overcome with a different type screw but it might cost them a few pennies more to manufacture.

Adequate not well made

Waste of money. Way too loud even on the lowest setting I think from the cheap plastic blades that have too much movement on the motor. I will probably have to just give it away or throw it out

Just outside of 3 months, with only 2 months of real use, the plastic blades have broken. Technically, it will still run at the moment, but it begins to shake a lot at higher speeds and makes a significant amount of noise. I do not feel safe running it any higher than the lowest setting.

Bad Quality

We had the two fans about three months before the plastic fan blades cracked and shattered. The fans weren't even continuously used and both fans that we bought did the exact same thing within a week of each other.

Don't buy these flawed fans. Fan blades shattered.

Sorry but it's not woth it, i can't feel the air from it. I even sweat with the on with the hight temperature we recently had i couldn't have a good rest
