i love how easy it is to use this toaster. I also adore all the settings it has. My favorite setting has to be the brown on one side because I like my bagels brown on one side.  I would recommend this toaster to anyone looking for something an ordinary toaster doesn't offer, which is more features. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality and value this toaster has to offer.

Perfect toaster

Coolest toaster ever! So many choices, easy to use. toasts great. Love it. Only thing thing is, on the bagel setting it only toasts on one side. Who ever heard of this!?!?!? So I just set it on bread and away we went just fine. Cool looking too.

Great toaster

Miss toaster I have ever had. It has wide slots. You can toast bagels and it's handy if you're two person family.

Toaster is well made, attractive and works well.  My major complaint is that it came with the worst instructions on how to use the product that I have ever encountered.  After reading everything over three times I was still uncertain on several aspects on how to change the settings.  By chance I came across the best and most convenient way to do what should have been explained in the instruction booklet.
Regarding the toaster - works well.  Would recommend they redo their instruction manual.
Would have given product  five stars but can't based on the difficulty regarding the instructions.

We have just purchased this toaster and so far so good.  We love the touch panel on the front.  All is clearly visible and user friendly.  Takes the guess work out of toasting.  If they had made the slots slightly bigger, we would be giving it 5 stars.

Good toaster

Seems like a good toaster although I need a setting between the first and second setting for how dark the toast gets. Haven't used anything except a slice or two of bread. Haven't used any of the other settings except how toasted I want my bread. I'll get around to other settings eventually.

Other than a fancy interface, the actual function of the toaster is only sub-par. It's not fast or improved or performance driven. It only feels faster because you can watch a digital timer but the timer doesn't relate to actual toasting level. Many times, just like any toaster, when the timer is done and the toast isn't toasted enough, you push it back down and wait again. This uses the same heated coil system as toasters of other brands. What we have learned from this exercise of finding our next toaster is extra wide slots slow down everyday regular size toasting by about 40%. By allowing more room for larger Texas style breads, when a normal piece of bread is toasted, the gap between the coils and the bread is quite large meaning slower toasting for normal sized bread. Bagels are a bit better since they are wider and the face of the bread is closer to the coils but it's still slower. 

My opinion is this toaster isn't worth the money. It feels light and kind of cheap. It looks pretty but I have a feeling it will not last. If you want a pretty looking appliance, then sure, this is your calling. If you want something that actually does the job well, look elsewhere.

Pretty toaster - poor performance

This toaster toasts bread very well, but the slots do not fit bagel-shop sized bagels or bakery-style kaiser rolls. It also does not fit bakery-shaped loaves of bread, Clearly designed for typical supermarket square bread, or at least breads made in loaf pans.This limits its functionality, limiting its value for money. it was an easy decision to return this item.
