Appears to be made well with good quality material. Perfect for my small laundry room because it retracts. I can hang several items to dry. Enough space to hang jeans. Not too difficult to hang but will take 2 people to do the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, this product is very challenging to install without a partner given where the screw holes are and the weight of the overall unit. Definitely keep that in mind if you are ordering and plan to install this on your own. Secondly, I used this unit for no more than one week and the pins attaching the hinge on the bottom broke! When I first put it up I thought to myself how poorly designed the hinges were and that they really couldn't support any weight on their own, but I wasn't expecting the pins to break. Going to reach out to Walmart for a refund...

What a shame!
