I bought 3 of these and had to return 2 of them after a few days. They were installed properly. The lights just started turning on and off in a rapid cycle. Could not get it to stop so had to cut power and uninstall. Replaced with 2 new ones and same thing started to happen after 3 weeks. I installed these so when I'm out of town I can control my outdoor lights. ( good thing I was home) I have other Wi fi products from Globe and am happy with them but these light switches are something else. Not sure what to do.

Not lucky with this product

I bought 3 for my rental chalets Very hard to program, once programmed walks for time then deprograms itself, now the 3 no longer work at all, it is now an ordinary switch

I advise against

Very difficult to program. Once the programming is obtained, do not touch the switch otherwise it will deprogram. Unnecessary purchase.

Bought in November 2023, still unable to operate in April 2024 after multiple attempts

Bad purchase

Close all by yourself. Does not work with programming
