Ease Of Use

Residue-free

im not a big fan of the scent. but it does a great job. 
make sure that your item is dry spray a little bit and smoothe it out to cover the hole area. let it sit for a min or two . i find with heavy gunk you need to use a rough sponge or i use some plastic straight blades to get the glue off. then wash with warm soapy water and hand dry to get any residue left. 
otherwise if its only a small amount of goo a paper towel does just fine. 
one more thing i always pre soak in the hottest water to remove any labels first.
i do find i like this formula over the pressurized version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you follow the instructions this gel works perfectly. I have used a different goof off product before, but those fumes were too much for me. I wanted to try this gel spray. The gel spray does NOT have overpowering fumes. There is a smell, so you should ventilate. The product did exactly as I expected.

This Goof Off adhesive remover is one of the best I have ever used. Work wonders, does the job!

Does the job!

I used it to attach both a rug and a plastic placemat securely to the floor for my dog in my/his office. Works well. He likes it as much as I do.

Never nifty, takes just a small amount and begins to work!

This purchase of Goof Off did not work as quickly as the older formula. Sure "shrink flation" is involved.
It does work, just beware it will take a little more patience. Do recommend.

Removing stickers

i bought this producy thinking it would take the glue off a bottle that i had peeled the label off of.  it did not

Impossible to open bottle. Ridiculous!!!!  Youtube video taught us how to open the metal container of Goof Off ..Couldn't find any help for the pump bottle.  Please read all the complaints about the mechanics of this product. Might be a good solution IF one could get to it.  Each container is an impossibility. GRADE F
