[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an easy go-to when needing a liner for eyes, brows, and other accents.  I dont need any brush on the end or applying angle to the product.  It is soft enough for quick color and firm enough to draw with and not break off.  It also lasts me longer than I expect every time.

I have dry eyes, which made the previous liners I've used run or wear off due to wiping away moisture.  This liner stays put and lasts all day while still looking good at the end of the day.

I love the fact that it's water proof, glides on very smoothly, it does not fade or smudge, and it lasts all day.. The pencil breaks very easily. To prevent that, I only extend the pencil out very little.

What a steal!!! You pay a fraction of the cost compared to leading brands!! This is long lasting, color is vibrant, goes in smooth! I get nervous about buying cheaper makeup but this one is a 10!!!

If your eyelids are like mine and won't take pencil liner, this gel formula is perfect - glides on easily without the mess of liquid liner. It's definitely waterproof because it's really hard to remove. Wish it came in a taupe or lighter brown; the black brown is pretty dark.

Creamy, easy to apply

I don't use much makeup at all. Just some eyeliner to fill in my thin eyelashes. This does the job very well. Goes on smoothly. Stays on all day. Does not irritate my eyes. Due to allergies, my eyes are often tear-y, and this eyeliner does smudge. Not sure if it would work better in that respect with less tearing eyes than mine. I'm satisfied especially with the price!

Adds the illusion of thickness to my eyelashes

The color is fine, and it goes on relatively smoothly. However, I am disappointed there is no built-in sharpener, because I don't have an eyeliner sharpener handy! Every other brand I've used has a little shrpener in the other end (they usually aren't amazing, but they do the job), but this wet n wild one has nothing. Black-brown is a good color for me (lightly tanned caucasian, hazel/green eyes, dark hair), and the liner itself feels about like every other one I've used. I probably won't purchase again despite the price, because I need  a pencil sharpener!

Works, but beware- no built in sharpener!

I really like the color and wear of this eyeliner. It goes on smooth and is reasonably long wearing for the price. However I find it crumbles and breaks off easily when you turn the pen. but for the price I suppose its to be expected

This is the worst eyeliner I've ever purchased! It breaks off so easily you lose almost the whole eyeliner pencil due to breakage! it also skips across your eyelid. It is not smooth. It is not creamy enough. It's just very dry and skipped and brakes. I will never purchase this eyeliner again!

The worst eyeliner ever!

It's not break-up proof, our relationship only lasted a few hours each day.
It's a nice brown color, glides on kinda smoothly. But definitely creases and wears off as a winged eyeliner and water liner within 2 hours max. I tried using extra powder to set it. I tried primer, it did look good for about 3 hours with primer.
I have combo skin if that helps.
