The Worx trimmer/edger works well. The assembly directions that come with it are not helpful at all. I had to go on YouTube to probably assemble it. Pictures are not always worth 1000 words.

This trimmer/edger is a replacement for an older model that I still use. Really like the smaller battery pack and how easy it is to adjust between trimming and edging with a lock to keep in place.

Improved newer model

I have a large collection of Worx tools and this trimmer meets the high quality as the others. One thing that has impressed me the most is the light weight without loosing strength. As a senior citizen who is loosing upper body strength, I appreciate this greatly. I have compared my older Worx tools and can see the improvement in the quality of design and workmanship. This is my second trimmer and I know it will serve me well as did the first one.

Quality Product

This is my 2nd trimmer/edger from Worx. My first was in 2017. My husband bought me the combo set of edger/trimmer & a blower.  I like having one piece of equipment that can do 2 different jobs with a minor adjustment. There was an locking lever in the handle of my first one, the new one has it positioned on the pole. I've found the one in the handle easier to adjust for a senior person. Overall, this is a great value. When I was needing to replace my first one, I checked around & kept coming back to the one from Worx.

Easy for senior to use

This string trimmer is the best I have owned. I really like the self feed option for the string and being able to adjust the base to get under bushes. I also like the batteries with the charge indicator so I know if I need to recharge or not.

Worx 12” String trimmer

Love it. Light enough for this 77 year old lady to handle. This is my 2nd trimmer. My previous one is quite old but still works, but the batteries don't charge as long as they once did. Very happy with Worx products.

This trimmer is great!

I have used Worx weedeaters for many years and have always found them to be very good products, however, I find this new product so far above any of the others I have owned. Thank you for continually improving your products.

Excellent product.

We are on our third string trimmer.  The batteries go before the trimmer has any problems.  But it is more cost effective to purchase a new trimmer with 2 batteries included- a great deal!

We are on our third string trimmer.

The edger has little power and short battery life. One of the 2 batteries does not show how much charge it has once it is out of the charger no matter how many times you push the button. I despise the step on a piece of plastic to change between edger and trimmer. It is not efficient nor convenient. Also, what is with that awful sound when you move the head up or down?!? Lastly, I am left-handed, and this is the most unfriendly piece of equipment for a lefty I have ever encountered. I have to completely stop what I am doing anytime I need to press, rotate, lengthen, etc. anything. The placement of buttons, etc.  is very awkward. This is my 1st Worx piece, and I don't foresee any more in my future.

Not For Me

I loved my first Worx trimmer!! Lasted almost 10ths.  I don't think I have put together wrong but  it is heavy & tilt so therefore string is not as detailed or  as low to ground??  Not happy at all with this new one!!  Thought about returning item & getting plain Worx with no wheel.  I did remove wheel but not as easy to use. 😢. When I finish 
trimming it is very botched, crooked & bear!!!
