Nozzle's fragility leads to cracking and clogging issues.

Simple navigation with minimal effort required.

Can be smooth and professional, but also inconsistent.

Directions are not concise and readable for all users.

I painted my house twice , once in the 80s and again in the 90s with the original Wagner spray painter. That one disappeared in a move but it did a very decent job so when I decided to try again I read the reviews and even though I saw some bad ones - I tried the 590. Worked just fine. Its quieter and has less vibration than the older one. The spray pattern can be adjusted easily. Used it for my deck and porch also which I couldn't do with the old one. No problem when spraying level, up or down. Its so much easier to clean than old one too.

works better than i expected. went through 3 gallons of paint in no time. I had one of the old type sprayers and this is much better.  put the old sprayer in the trash.

I am a DIY enthusiast. This is my 3rd paint sprayer, 2nd HVLP. I own a Wagner Paint Crew, a Graco Spray Station 2900 and now the FlexiO 590. I purchased the 590 for medium size jobs. I like the Paint Crew for large jobs with no detail and the Graco for small detailed jobs, but after using the 590 I'm unsure I will ever use either again. The 590 is UNBELIEVABLE, especially at its price point. The turbine produces so much air pressure no job is too big as this sprayer pumps out an incredible amount of paint when set at its maximum. So far I used the iSpray nozzle to paint the interior of a 3 car garage in under an hour and used the finish nozzle to spray latex enamel on doors and crown molding.

Pros – No need to thin latex with iSpray nozzle, Nothing is going to clog this workhorse. That is partially why I bought this unit. Even after thinning, my Graco HVLP's spray tip doesn't clog, but the air holes do(because it is underpowered) and then paint spatters. Thinning for any job is annoying. I love not worrying about this with the 590, plus you get better coverage as a result. No air hose or separate compressor to lug around. A long extension cord will take you until you run out of paint which happens less often since the 590 has a larger container than my Graco. If control is what you are looking for use the fine nozzle, although thinning latex is required here, dial down the paint and pressure with the knobs; the control is tremendous. Least amount of overspray from any sprayer I've ever used. Clean-up is fast and requires no tools unlike the Graco that requires a special tool to remove tip. I like the hard storage case unlike my other sprayers that are stored in the cardboard boxes they came in.

Cons – None

Tips – Make sure you allow the turbine to get to speed using the 2 stage trigger before painting so that it doesn't spatter. This takes 1-2 seconds. Take the extra few minutes and tape to secure plastic or cloth. The turbine is so powerful that the air pressure will remove your masking if not secure.

Conclusion – Purchase this model! If you are disappointed with your outcome you just need a little practice; however this is super user friendly. With my help I let my 4 year old son paint a scrap piece of plywood. Now the sprayer has to be stored next to his tool box in the garage along with other tools he has claimed for himself.

I painted my old brick fire place white. I taped off around the edges and used 8" paint paper in case I over sprayed. Taping took me the most time and I would have taped if I roller or sprayed. I sprayed with a primer then white paint. It only took two coats and about 10 minutes max! I was so pleased. If I had rolled that fire place it would have taken much longer and I would have had to use a brush for the cracks! Also I hate cleaning brushes and especially rollers so I thought the clean up was easy!

I have finished painting a house with this sprayer and it did a good job. I would suggest thinning the paint a little.. I was using exterior latex and at times I did have some spattering.. Once thinned 4 oz of water to the gallon the results were much better.

I have always used airless sprayers in the past and this was a good option at this price point..

So far so good

I bought this to paint an interior room and the outside of my house. I primed the room with Kilz primer with no problem. I cleaned the sprayer and the next day started to spray the room with latex paint. The first two walls it sprayed okay, but halfway through the third wall without warning it started spitting out big globs of paint which ran down the wall. I cleaned the nozzle started spraying again and two minutes later it did the same thing again. The rest of the room continued on the same way. I guess I know why they included a spare nozzle in the kit.

I'm a retired body man, I've sprayed thousands of gallons of automotive paint, so I know my way around a paint gun, every one of my HVLP spray guns has a basket strainer on the material tube, perhaps this could benefit from one.

Now I will have to wait until it dries enough to sand the runs out, and roll it like I should have done in the first place. 

I will say that Walmart took it back with no problems.

I purchased this gun Sunday 6/11/2017 and tried it out because i needed to paint my siding and it had good reviews... should have read more of the bad ones because now the front of my house looks like stucco. Sprayer has an inconsistent pattern and sputters quite a bit on mid grade acrylic exterior paint. i was recommended by a painter friend to run water through it to see if maybe the paint was too thick. and the water came out better but still sputtery and inconsistent so i tried changing settings and not setting ever helped. the manual says to use higher settings for thicker material and so i was on 8 speed and going up but nothing helped, it just slung paint like it was spitting it out it was not the fine mist i was hoping for. Not my first rodeo with paint sprayers but my last with Wagner products

This sprayer does not work longer than fifteen minutes. It works great, and then it starts to splatter everywhere. At this point you have to get a roller to smooth everything out, take 10-15 minutes to clean out the entire nozzle assembly, reassemble, and then you can spray again for about another fifteen minutes. The longer you use it, the less time you will have to spray before it splatters everywhere. I had to stop at some point on every wall of the bedroom I was painting. There are multiple other reviews and YouTube videos saying this exact thing, I wish I would have listened. And yes, I started the blower first and let it continue to blow after spraying, yes everything was assembled correctly, yes it was set to the right amount of air and material, yes I was using quality paint from SW, yes I cleaned the nozzle tip EVERY time I stopped spraying. Bottom line, there is a serious design flaw to this product. This is possibly the worst home improvement tool I have ever purchased.......

DO NOT BUY, POOR PRODUCT

I bought the sprayer not quite a year ago. Used it to paint one bedroom and it actually worked pretty well but needs cleaning constantly. Started second bedroom and motor is giving out and sounding like a grinder. I guess you get what you pay for...don't pay for this.
