It works well on the cat that has shorter hair but my other so & so.

My cats all love the way it feels and actually approach me when they see me holding it. Makes them feel good to get rid of the accumulated undercoat and makes me feel good to get the job done effectively without any duress to any of us!

Elimination under hair

This is the best brush I have ever tried! My cats don't like being brushed, but in the few short minutes that they let me brush their hair, I collected a lot of fur! The handle is made of a gel product so it is super comfortable to use as well!

Shaves off the hair and any knots

I bought this over a month ago and my short haired cat likes it a lot! It does help de-shed it's coat but I don't like the gel handle at all :( handle coating is sticky to the touch and works like a magnet for hair, always making a big mess on my hands. But again, my cat enjoys being brushed with this so it's worth the cleanup! I'd just suggest losing the gel handle it's not like brushing a cat is hard on the hands

I have another pet rake and saw this which was much less expensive. This one takes off a lot less hair than the one I have from before - that's why it's so inexpensive.

You get what you pay for

Terrible. Dont waste your money. Hardly got any fur off my cat.
