Regular brushing and grooming promote healthy fur and keep your pet happy and looking its best. The Palm Pal® brush features a combination of both round-tipped nylon bristles and soft bristles. The nylon pins massage and stimulate the natural oils in the fur while removing light tangles and loose hair. The soft bristles have been infused with activated charcoal to help neutralize odour while cleaning and smoothing out the fur for a shiny finish. The ergonomic palm design fits naturally in the hand making it easy to hold onto the brush while bonding with your pet.

Takes some adjusting for the pups to get used to but this is easy to hold/use and has worked well

Dog brush

Contrary to the description, this is not for all coat types. I have 3 different breeds with different coat types and this brush is not good for any of them. First off, the fur gets easily stuck in the brush and is difficult to remove, even when run under water or using tweezers (yes I tried). Secondly, after a few uses, the rounded tips on the nylon bristles started coming off one by one and I didn't even apply that much pressure. So it was basically scratching my poor senior dachshunds skin, since she has a short coat. The only good thing was the palm design, but you can easily find another brush with the same palm design but with better bristles that are easier to clean.

Disappointing

Worked OK in the areas that my dog did not really need a bush, but anything else was not very good.  May be good to keep up brushing after another product is used as the design is nice but overall not a good product.

Works well if your dogs coat is already smooth.
