It's a tight fit, but all 6 ports can be filled with cat6 ethernet keystones. Other impressions: more of a hard white color than a creme white, and it comes with two screws to screw it into the box.

Works with ethernet keystones

Monoprice

Used for home entertainment and network- I have coax, hdmi, and four ethernet keystones all in one plate.  Everything fit well- I was using pre-made patch cable with female-female keystones for the hdmi and ethernet, zero issues with fit.

Nice wall plate, keystones fit well

Works well with Monoprice keystone adapters and some HDMI couplers I acquired elsewhere. Will update with durable as I use, but seems sturdy initially.

Does what its supposed to do.

It used to be that Monoprice was the best option for low voltage connectors, but now they are pretty much the online version of Fry's.
Things were good when they actually stocked and shipped from their SoCal location, but then they had to go Big Time, and now orders are drop shipped from god-knows-where. 
 Good luck getting your order on time!
 Sad to see a business like this go, but they made some terrible choices along the way, and now the vast majority of the items they offer are available  faster and cheaper from the big box boys.

Now there are faster and cheaper options

The standard keystone inserts I have don't fit well. The hole and the insert aren't exactly the same size so it's kind of bulging and hard to assemble or disassemble. More expensive wall plates I got from Home Depot always worked fine with the same inserts I am using.

Not great compatibility

These things do not come anywhere near close to fitting snug against the wall. I mean there's nearly a 1/4 inch gap all the way around! The only redeeming part of this is that the keystone jacks all had plenty of space. If you don't want a noticeable gap all the way around and aren't willing to take the time to file the parts down to make it fit snug, skip this.

HORRIBLE fitment

For those expecting U.S. wall plate dimensions, don't look here. This won't cover a standard wall box, and the screw hole spacing is non-standard. Maybe this works in China, and other locals, but I had to toss these and reorder elsewhere.

Tiny Wall Plate (not U.S. standard).

While the 1, 2, and 3 hole faceplates worked with the Monoprice Entegrade Series Cat7 or Cat6A RJ-45 Shielded Toolless Keystone Jack, the 4 hole faceplates were all too narrow. 

The did fit the traditional plastic Monoprice CAT6 keystones.

Doesn't work with Entegrade CAT-7 keystones

These wall plates are 3 pieces, 2 pieces that the keystones go in, and then the wall plate/cover, so a total of 8 screws are required to attach these. Well, they only provide 4 screws. There are 4 other screws in the package but they are more like wood screws which is completely useless. So if you don't have extra screws laying around, either don't buy these or prepare for a trip to the hardware store

Purchased these items from Monoprice since they were cheaper than what I would have paid at the big box store. The Cat5E keystones that I purchased wouldn't snap in, and I had to seek plates as well, that just worked.
