Works great and easy to set up and use.  Really gets out gunk without bleeding gums.

You can use this with or without the whitening tabs. I love this thing. There is a bit of a learning curve so you don't spray water over the mirror. Start with a low pressure for a couple of days until you get the hang out of it. Once you go Waterpik you can never go back to floss.

I have no regrets

I thought I had it together correctly, but water leaked out all over the place around the handle on the 1st try.   Turns out I  didn't have the tip fully inserted %26 locked into place.  If it is all the way in, you can't pull it out without using the eject button.  Now it works great!

I had the WP-100 model before.  It lasted 10 years with one handle %26 tube replacement.  This one, although it's the same model number, is updated with the new on/off switch on the handle %26 it's quieter running.  Really love it!

Works great!  Be sure to insert tip fully.

Really nice but a bit loud, especially early in the morning. Frequently when I turn it on it doesn't build any pressure, it's running but no water comes out. I have to change the strength, turn it off and back on again. Sometimes more than once. When it works, it does a great job!

Great, but...

This was my second WaterPik.  It stopped working this morning in mid-use.  I performed an autopsy hoping to find something fixable.  No such luck...the motor was seized.  It appears that water was able to get into the bottom of the motor and rusted up the bottom bearing.  There was some mold inside the wand, but not in spots that would contact water being pumped into my mouth.  Performance was good up to this point, and  I am rolling the dice and ordering another one.

Lasted 2 .5 years, reordering anyway

First off, it is loud.  Really loud.  I checked some reviews and it seems all the video reviews, despite not mentioning it, have loud units.  So...  Why 1 star?  1 month in and the reservoir leaks heavily.  Online reviews show mixed results with changing out the valve which you can buy on Amazon.  It's brand new...  Will try another brand.
