It works as advertised. Because the filter is so fine the water flow is slow but average for an RO system with only a pump. But it takes up so little space!

Less space used

Needing to upgrade from our old 2-carbon under sink water filter system which provided us with clean tasting water for many years but did not remove Fluoride (and many other chemicals/impurities) which our city tap water will be adding in again this Fall unfortunately!  While researching RO systems, WaterDrop always came up with plenty of positive reviews. We decided on the G2 600 GPD because of it's 2:1 ratio of clean water to discharge/waste water and higher daily GPA (600 vs 400). Installation was simple to follow with instructional YouTube videos and my husband was able to hook it up in less than an hour. The water is definitely 100x better tasting, pure and clean, but the best part is their customer service - they are wonderful!
