We love this shower head. Easy to install with no leaks. Have used it for over a month now. You just have to bring the hand shower to change the modes, except that I have no complaints. Best value for money.

This product was given to us as a gift and we really enjoy it.  It works as stated and we feel that it will be a great product for us.  It was really easy to install and was ready to go within three minutes of us getting it out of the box!

Great product and easy to install

This is the best showerhead that I have ever owned!  I just remodeled one bathroom and I purchased a Grohe showerhead which was very expensive and was disappointed.  Luckily I don't use that bathroom!  So I thought I would try the water-pik in my bathroom!  I just love it!!!

Great shower!

I have been using this showerhead for several weeks now.  I was waiting for the worst like no water coming out of the the sprayer or the hose leaking, but it's been great!  It was an easy install and I have zero skills.  The large showerhead is a huge upgrade from the 3" one I had previously and the different sprays are all great.

Worth it

My wife and I love this shower head wand. The hight it adds to our shower is wonderful for not having to squat or lean lower now to wash our hair. My wife swears by the power brush setting to washer her hair quickly. We will be buying one for my in-laws soon.

Shower on point

Easy installation, lightweight handle for those who might have wrist and or muscular issues to grip and hold. The 360 turn dial for settings is simplified and effective process. Increases water pressure greatly and helps control water output better than other devices I've seen.

Great value and product

I am really enjoying my new shower head. It has a large head and I like to use the setting that distributes a wider stream  the water. I wish the force of the water was stronger on the massage setting.

I Enjoy My Showers

Volume is good and spray patterns are a wide variety. The lever to change spray pattern is somewhat difficult. Have to use two hands.

We bought this unit on the recommendation of our daughter who really likes hers.  We like ours with reservations: the spray has a center hole on the mist spray.  This feels like the center of the body is not getting wet which it isn't.  We cannot get the attachment ring to stop dripping.  This is a nuance.  You might say we are still getting used to having this type of wand shower.

Nice unit, but not perfect

I ordered this because I wanted a hand-held shower head, and I had a giftcard that I needed to use. The piece itself is very nice, has a stainless steel hose and it's easy to install. The one thing I didn't like, and most important thing to me, is I didn't realize the head of this unit was so large. That's technically my fault for not paying more attention to the description, but it's so wide it could pass for a rain head shower. The flow of the water has greatly diminished compared to my old Speakman shower head that came with my house. I'm guessing that is because this one is a larger shower head and the water has more area to cover and this one probably has a water saving feature. That's probably in the description too, but you already know I'm not good with reading descriptions. Either way, it's okay for now, but I'll probably replace it again in the future.

Installed the new showerhead a water poured out the back of the shower head bracket all over the wall upon examination it looks as if a ring is missing inside of the shower head bracket between the housing and concave insert for the pivot ball. will be returning this tomorrow
