I used it on our vinyl swimming pool that had a 3“ x 2“ L shaped slit in it did it as directed worked fine later I found another small hole maybe a quarter inch long in a different place but I've already filled the pool so I tried it, putting it on under the water and It's hasn't leaked yet

Swimming pool liner repair

gorillatough.com

It worked really great repairing a Convertible Auto Roof.
The onlty thing I will say, is that the Clear did not hold anywhere close to h0w the black held. The black was perfect, the clear did not hold in places

The Black is great, the clear not so much

Great I used to waterproof places on my roof easy installation and no more leaks.Would recommended.

Waterproof Tape

walmart.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gorilla Tape is the perfect seal tape to keep out moisture, water leaks, and drafts and can be used on a large variety of surfaces including pvc, wood, plastic, metal, and it can be used inside or out. The tape is 4" wide and it is highly durable and strong tape that is very pliable and easily forms to what you want to patch and sticks at once and sticks VERY WELL. The tape off the roll is easy to cut to size and the paper peels off with no problem to apply to the surface. Easily fixed the leaky window seal around our old motorhome's kitchen window and also patched a crack in the wall of the shower and the tape is working great.

Gorilla Waterproof Seal Tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed it for the roof of the camper and it worked great! Saved lots of money because the water damage would have been so much worse, also used it on a crack in my pipes that I need to replace, and so far been working great with this weather we are having.

Worked great

Great product. I used to repair the skimmer on my swimming pool. It worked, but the tape was so sticky it was very hard to apply.

Great

Doesn't work like it says it suppose to i just bought some for my pool and it didn't hold

This so called waterproof patch seal tape doesn't even stick to my fingers, let alone anything else!!!

Worse purchase ever!!!

I bought this waterproof tape, because it said it would work underwater. They patches I use from the pool store I usually have to replace every summer. I thought this would solve that problem. It did not minutes after my son applied them they started to curl back. This was all done underwater and he peeled it back underwater before application.

Disappointed

Purchased this seal tape over the Flex Seal brand, because I assumed it would be better. I am trying to stop a leak in an inflatable hot tub, the leak is from a a single cat claw hole on the top, not underneath the water line. The gorilla tape seems to be hard to stick to the surface, I even used rubbing alcohol to prep the area before applying the tape. Once the tape it only last 12 to 24 hours before peeling off and leaking. Waste of money.

Failed Product

Waterproof Patch and Seal Tape roll, 4-inch (10 cm) wide, centered front-facing view showing black tape cut edge with extra-thick adhesive layer and UV-resistant backing; labeled for indoor/outdoor and underwater permanent sealing. Gorilla product often used for emergency tent or boat seam repairs.
