I am enjoying the convenience of a filtered water tap on the kitchen counter, but have not forgotten hours of frustration, first with a persistent leak at the filter outlet connection, then with the difficulty of tightening the faucet due to the tight space behind the sink. The instructions did not explain how to remove the tubing at the filter and reinsert it in case of a leak. I had to make a call to Watts and wait on the line for a half hour. It turns out you hold the collar in and pull the tubing out, make a clean cut across it and re-insert. It took three tries but finally the connection was leak-free. No tool was supplied to tighten the faucet nut (I think there should have been), but I finally had my wife rotate the faucet back and forth while I held the nut in my fingers during the tightening direction. I have notified Watts Premier of all these issues, but if you buy this product, I suggest you print this review and save it.
