[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything you need is in this box. Clogged ears because of wax, works great. They give you the drops that has to stay in for 15 min in the ear and you rinse with the wax blaster. Loosens and gets  the wax out really easy. Definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wax Blaster MD Ear Wax Cleaning System worked pretty well. You get five single-use vials in the box. I've used it twice, and it's pretty easy to use. It took me less than 15 minutes to do the first time, but you do have to 15-30 minutes to wait for the solution to work. So the second time, I waited the full 30 minutes. The blaster is lightweight to use. It's not painful at all and works in getting Wax out. You should use warm water when rinsing because hot or cold water can bring on vertigo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift from Influenster and Eosera in exchange for my honest opinion. Thank you for the opportunity to try this product. 
First off, struggle with inner ear discomfort. Not necessarily infections and such but constantly itching sometimes to the point of sticking cotton sticks and bobby pins in my ears to scratch them. I thought it may be a build up of wax so I was more than a little grateful when I was chosen to try this product. Unfortunately, after using it exactly as directed something very weird happened. At first the warm jet of water was soothing and very comforting. But when I had finished with both ears I felt really weird. I was slightly dizzy and felt distorted. It cleared the waxy build up out of my ears great! My ears don't itch like they used to but I don't know if it's worth the after effects for me. I'm giving it 4 stars because it does work but please please please use caution when using anything in your ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy about trying this product to review  for Influenster.    Upon opening the box, there was a white residue on the vials that I realized came from one of the vials leaking and dried up.  

I used another vial to test the product.   I was hoping to experience better results but I was underwhelmed.   While very easy to use, I am unsure if I got the best results possible, so it is difficult for me to talk about its effectiveness.   

I do plan to purchase more vials to see if my family members have a better experience.   It is certainly a great way to safely remove wax and I am willing to keep using it to see if my opinion only improves.

Worth it for waxy ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kit, including the Wax Blaster MD and EAR WAX MD drops, is straightforward to use—fill the ear with the solution, wait 15-30 minutes, and rinse with the irrigator. It did a fair job of softening and removing some wax buildup, and the ergonomic design of the spray bottle and basin made the process comfortable enough. My ears felt cleaner, though it didn’t completely clear stubborn wax in one go, so I needed a second treatment. It’s a solid option for routine maintenance, especially if you use earbuds or hearing aids, but don’t expect miracles with heavy buildup.

Great for non heavy buildups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging is simple and easy to read. The instructions are easy to follow. Scentless. Used it on my daughter and she said it was painless and comfortable. I’m not sure how effective it is since I used it and only a little bit of ear wax came out after 15 minutes of letting the solution sit in her ear. I looked in her ears and I can still see more buildup left. Might have to repeat as suggested.

Simple but not as effective

I pulled the spray trigger exactly once, that's right once, and the whole mechanism shattered (see picture below).  So not only was this plastic spray bottle expensive it was fragile and by fragile I mean don't use it at all.  In fact try not to look at it - it's very sensitive.
