Bought this after I read a review from a plumber on other websites. I've tried out a few different (more expensive) brands which have different designs. They all leak at the swivel joint nut where it attaches to the wall shower arm. Water just shoots out from there. This Plumb Craft arm has the nut welded so there is no leak at all. It's still working great after 2 months!

Shipping was quick, Just as described! It is the best value even from the home construction stores! All metal the tightening handles were plastic though but no problems so far.

Purchased item and installed in newly remodeled shower. How disappointing. I loosened the wing nuts, positioned and tried to tighten. I twisted the nut as much as possible without using tools and it is as loose as if I hadn't done anything. I disassembled and reassembled and it seemed to remain tight. I then attached the showerhead and bang, it loosened yet again. I have tried everything I can think of without success. I way try to solder and see if that works. If not it's $20 wasted. I should have spent a bit more to get a quality product. I tend not to pay close attention to reviews but most of them were right on the money. Don't waste your money on this. Spend a little more and get a better quality product.
