[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old system(liberty pump backup) didn't last long. I have water coming in a lot  and we lose our electricity a lot. The alarm would stay on as long as the pump was running. This system, the alarm only comes on when the pump is turned on  and shuts off in a few seconds. So if your on the 1st floor,  you won't hear the alarm if you have tv's on. Also, the float system is cheap for the top dollar we paid for it. I have 2 120v systems  plus the battery backup.  This is my first day with the pump so I will update later.

Arrived by promised date. Installed without problems. Connected my batteries and worked as expected.
Time will tell.
