Belkin has come along way with their products. It used to take hours trying to install/configure to my WiFi network, then have to call support for assistance. I wouldn't even dare add those devices to my Apple Home. Now, it's amazingly simple. It practically installs itself. Very satisfied.

Smart 3-way switch

I have used numerous Belkin products and have always been satisfied. I installed three Belkin light switches to control a fan, and two separate light banks into a single three switch box. All three installed easily. It took a couple of tries to get one of the switches to connect to the app but all worked perfectly in the end. Very good instructions and examples of differing wiring configurations.

Excellent product!!!

Very happy with switch once I got it setup. The wiring was a little difficult for me because of several circuits within the box. I wanted to be able to use the switch with my Alexa and to be able to have the lights turn on and off on a schedule. I found the manual very limited as to how to set this up. And I found the Belkin tech support unhelpful and the technician hung up on me. I finally found very good step by step help on YouTube.

Very happy once setup.

I am thrilled that Wemo finally has a 3-way switch. I have been waiting a long time to finish converting to all smart switches. I use Alexa and my wife uses Siri to control our lights, so Wemo is the best option since it can be controlled by either. 
The install was super quick and easy. The instructions are clear, the wires nicely organized. For the most part the switches work great. 
Unfortunately, there is one issue that still needs to be fixed. If you use the regular wall switch on the three-way circuit, Wemo gets confused as to whether the circuit is turned on or off. Telling Alexa or Siri to turn your light on or off can be challenging if those devices can't tell if it is on or off currently. There are many times I have to tell it to turn my hall lights off when they are already off in order to turn them on.  This is not a problem if you never use the traditional switch that is a part of your three-way circuit.  As soon as they fix this problem, my review will go up to a solid five stars.

Awesome, but with a problem.

Doesn't work for 3 way switches.
External plate and size difficult to use in setting of multiple switches side by side.
Amazingly easy instructions once the package is opened. Just wish I knew these limitations before my purchase.

The good, the bad and the ugly

Once connected it needed to do a firmware which is fine. But it has been a day and the app says it hasn't finished. Most of my Wemo devices are now offline. The system seems to need a reboot but I don't know how to do it.

3 way switch worked but

This device often reboots, sometime turning the lights on in the middle of the night. Even when it's working, it can be 10 seconds between pressing the button and the light turning on/off. 

Wait a few months before buying this, hopefully they'll have the bugs worked out by then.

Doesn't work consistency

Had high hopes for this product, but was disappointed. Had problems adding it to the WeMo app, and after adding it and toggling it on, the device it was controlling started cycling on and off rapidly, and you could hear the switch cycling. After troubleshooting and escalation, it was confirmed the switch was defective, and now I have to have an electrician uninstall it and ship it back to them for a replacement. Fail all the way around.

Defective Out of the Box

I have two switches and one outlet installed. The set up for scheduled timing is illogical. The lights always show as “not detected” on the app. I hope they are still working while I'm gone. You'd think tech guys would design a better product. High schoolers could do as well.

Poor connectivity

As a three-way switch this works very inconsistently. I don't know if the light will turn on or not. Maybe it's because of weak WiFi connection. I'm not entirely sure. 

I'm debating changing one of them back to a manual three way switch and see if that helps, but I'm disappointed with how this works.
