It was broken upon arrival beccause it's not well-packaged, but glued back together easily. At this price, not expected to be very durable so not surprised. Super cute and exactly what I wanted.

Delivered broken and no wonder, the flimsiest packaging Ive ever seen for something so delicate. REALLY DISAPPOINTED as Ive wanted this frame for some time. Not what I expected compared to how other companies package their products, especially for what I paid. You would think it was a package of clothes that could be folded and bent. Unbelievable. I am just so upset because now I need to through the bother of the return process. I cant believe other customer reviews havent made you correct this because if youre going to ship something careful wrapping should be exercised. Definitely makes me want to think twice before ordering something like this from you ever again!! Pic shows what package as I received it so I simply started tearing the box open and didnt get very far to see what was inside and the shape it was in. Looks cheap and was treated cheap from your end to o my home. You cant compete like this.
