I've tried several, and the last swissgear backpack I had was exactly like this one (which is why I re-ordered it).  That backpack has been around the world several times, and has lasted 11 years.  I will actually still use the old one for short trips.

I FOUND THIS SAME BAG AT A LOCAL OFFICE SUPPLY FOR $33 MORE THAN I PAID FOR IT AT WALMART.COM.

IT'S AN AWESOME BAG AND, HAVING HAD AN EARLIER VERSION FOR SEVERAL YEARS, THAT STILL SERVES ME WELL.

This backpack is GARBAGE! I bought a backpack like this a few years ago, and it matches the PICTURES on the Walmart website for THIS backpack PRECISELY. Unfortunately, the backpack I received when I ordered this one does not match the pictures, so it is FALSE ADVERTISING: Look at the handle on top of the one in the pictures; Gray--now look at the picture of the one I received in my order-- black. The most upsetting thing is inside the front pocket. In the picture it has a nice zipper pocket inside with lots of little pockets in that front section. On the backpack that I received in my order, there is just a stupid open top pocket with no zipper. What I see here is that they have cheapened the design, but they are charging the same price as the better quality one, which I am guessing is no longer manufactured! I want my money back! And you need to change the pictures on this website, so that you're not trying to fool people into buying a backpack that you guys don't really make or sell; Otherwise you're going to get busted for false advertisement (under Federal 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a).!

This backpack is a piece of trash

Stitching started ripping out in shoulder strap. The stitching cannot handle the "shock absorbing" function of the strap. The company needs to take the stretchy elastic out of the strap and keep it rigid to facilitate longevity of use. I returned the item.
