This works very well at keeping flying insect out. The top isn't really water proof so don't use if it is going to rain. The screen house was very easy to set up and take down. Of course it never fits into the storage bag like it should. I don't know why the manufacturer doesn't make the storage bags a little larger. The one thing I had trouble with is the opening. The screen house does not have any tie down/stake at the door area. This is a problem because if you do not have a free hand (because you are caring food or other supplies into tent) to hold the bottom of door as you unzip with the other hand, it will not open. You will need to step on it to hold it down as you unzip. This is a design flaw to me. I will likely try to sew something there to allow me to stake it down in front of door. Other than that it is a great buy and I would recommend to others.

We love our new screened house, it very roomy inside, took no time to put up.

I got this for a family Fourth of July celebration. I received multiple compliments and questions on were I purchased it. The following day i took it to the beach and it held up nicely against the wind.The assembly is a breeze my 13 yr old and 15 yr old set it up when friends come over.Thank goodness for the easy assemble because the directions weren't as easy to follow.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is it seems a bit flimsey for something I will keep up for the whole summer. But at the low price I think it is a good buy.

Looks good, fairly easy to assemble

It takes 2 or more people to set up and the size is smaller then the box said it was.after 1 hr setup it looks nice but not as described .

Screen House

Took it camping for 1st time. Set up nicely. Even worked great in the rain.

We got this because we thought it would be better in the wind then a instant canopy. Also thought it would be great for mosquitoes and flys.
We took it to go camping with us not realizing that it has a 30day policy. We orded it way at advance. 
Once we used it. We realized that the 12x14 does not mean the roof area is not the same size as the 12x14 size. It is much much smaller. As for holding up in the wind. It's not good either. The lines that go in the ground are on the same area. Instead of at least across from each other.
So now I'm stuck with screen house.
