We both love this Westbend electric skillet!  We have used it multiple times in the past two weeks.  The nonstick is great.  The pan itself is lightweight and easy to store in our pan drawer, and the glass cover is good and solid, has a steam hole and fits perfectly, so it won't slide off the pan.  Our Thermopop thermometer actually fits through the steam hole (if the meat is in line with it), giving an opportunity to test the temp without lifting the cover! 

After reading many reviews of multiple different skillets, we settled on this one, and are extremely pleased with our choice.  

We had a stainless steel pan years ago and could't control it from sticking and sometimes burning, and have also used coated pans which have end up peeling and rusting even with careful care.  We hope it lasts many good years.

Very Happy with our Westbend Skillet

I am very thankful I purchased this skillet. It heats up evenly, keeps the correct temperature and there is no scrubbing during cleanup which is a breeze! I no longer use my stove top nor heat up my kitchen during these hot summer months. I have had West Bend products for 40 yrs. and I love their products.

Just the right size for us.  The non-stick surface is good and it is easy to clean.  Good temperature control.  I use it for just about every meal.  For me, it is more convenient that using a pan on the stove.,

I bought this as a gift and the recipient used it for the first time this weekend and was very pleased.

Great features

Bought this last month and have used it multiple times.  My ancient West Bend skillet finally failed after 30+ years.  Hope to enjoy this new one just as long.  It is larger and deeper than my old one and it makes great fried chicken or chicken fried venison round steak.  No complaints at all.  It shipped quickly and was well packed.

Bought 2 months ago and so far works great.  I wish that the handles were a little farther away from the cooking area, it would make for easier cleaning.

The fry pan was great except the tilt feature mentioned for sending the grease to one corner didn't seem to work unless I picked it up and tilted it myself. Other than that I like it. It replaces one that is over 30 years old.
