I wanted a clock that would reset itself automatically after a power surge or failure that also had big numbers that were lit up all the time so if I wake up at night, one glance tells me the time, without having to touch it.
Exactly what I wanted.

best alarm clock i have ever owned.  plugged it in, set eastern standard time, and the clock automatically set the time.

a nifty little clock that is auto set.  The ones that claim it didn't set to the right time obviously didn't follow the instructions.  You have to do two things before plugging it in--set your time zone and set the DST to the ON position and it will set the right time when you plug it in.  I love it.

Good clock. It was easy to set up. Westclock has been around for a long time and they have a good reputation. I just wanted a clock with big enough numbers that I could see in the dark and this clock fit the bill.  I like that it will change with Daylight Saving time automatically and if your power goes out it will come back on with the correct time when the power comes back on. The price was right also.

The numbers are big and bright at night to see the time. The alarm is loud enough to wake you up but not that loud that it wakes up the whole house. The alarm must be set or turned on every night. This alarm clock is just what I was looking for, I just hope it last.

It's worth the money not to have to reset the clock every time the power goes off or whey the time changes.
It seems to be keeping good time. I would buy another.

Worth the money

This clock  is smaller and cheaper than I thought it would be according to picture on ad. Buttons are small and hard to see unless you have good eyes or glasses. BUT it does work good and keep good time and the display is easy to read in day or nite light. I think l'll keep it since it does the job.

The whole point of an instant set alarm clock is that it's easy to use. This isn't. I plugged it in and it was off by 3 hours and 11 minutes. I quickly discovered the problem with the hours: the Time zone labels were backward. I changed it from Eastern to Pacific time and it was only off by 11 minutes. After reading the instructions I was able (after about 20 minutes) to adjust the time, and (I hope) it will be accurate from now on. So 1) labels are inaccurate and 2) WHO sells an instant-set alarm clock that isn't adjusted at the factory? What's the point?
