This sharpener is quite nice. It's quiet, well made and designed. It stops sharpening automatically once pencil is sharp.

Very happy with this purchase! Does an excellent job and gives a good point on the pencil.

Excellent product!

These sharpeners used to be quality products, but now they are terrible.  this is the third one I purchased with the same issue. pencils are only sharpened from one side.

I've used this for 5 weeks. It is slow to get a point from a previously sharpened pencil- 20 to 30 seconds- on a standard #2 yellow American made pencil. It is slower on unsharpened and sometimes stops before getting a pencil sharpened. I will sharpen about 20 pencils a day and not one after another. This machine would not handle it. It is not working as claimed by mfgr. right out of the box. I have to return it under the warranty.
