I'm a technology education teacher that uses technical drawing to teach engineering to sixth, seventh and eighth graders. We LOVE Westcott's Non-Shatter Rulers! Every year I search for the best rulers since 800+ kids use the rulers in my classroom a year! The hard plastic rulers break, wood rulers are too expensive. Most plastic flexible rulers (from other companies) either warp over time, or the printed numbers and ruler lines wear off. The Westcott brand rulers are simply the best. Case in point, I wouldn't be here writing this otherwise! I am planning on order a couple hundred for next years classes. For now, I will keep the one that I have for my own use with the students.

Ordered this item that is a 12 count and received only 1  ruler called and reorder and received only 1 again still short 10 rulers. They are nice rulers just order not filled right.

Ive tried to order this item twice. It is not a 12 pack. It is one ruler. The description is not correct.

One Ruler Only

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible! I ordered the 12 count of vibrant colored rulers and received 1 ruler that is an ugly green and transparent. Non of the rulers in the picture are transparent. False advertisement. So upset because I was really looking forward to the beautiful colors.

So disappointed

We got one ruler not only once but twice after reporting it when it should have been a pack of 12.

Was open and I only got one where do I call to report this

Bad information

The description says "Westcott Shatterproof 12" Ruler, Translucent Assorted Colors 12pk". I believed I was getting 12 rulers. I got only one, just one. Why would the description indicate a 12 pack when you only get one and if you were only going to get one, it wouldn't ask for the color you want.  So again WHY? That's my main concern. On another note, I was sent green. I'ts pretty and you can see through it. I want my other 11 rulers, I really do!
