Brighter Blooms

My order got stuck in the mail and was delayed for some time. Brighter Blooms however, was more than responsible and sent me a replacement after it didn&#x27;t show up. The original order came through the day before the replacement did. The original order was in terrible shape and had obviously suffered from being en route so long--almost no leaves and many of the ones that were there were yellow and dying. It&#x27;s possible it might survive, but also very possible that it won&#x27;t. The next day, I was amazed by the replacement--it is full of leaves and looks vibrantly healthy. It even had a flower bud that has opened in the past two days and is perfuming my house. However, both plants are extremely root-bound. Thank you Brighter Blooms for being pro-active!

My order got stuck in

I ordered 8 plants, two being the Dwarf Gardenia Shrubs. The had a rough trip, I think being boxed up for the trip but waiting awhile for delivery. They came through it with flying colors and have been planted and are blooming right now. They are adorable.

Ordered 14 plants and they arrived in two boxes. Only one was damage where the main branch was broken. The two boxes were strapped together, suggesting they were originally on a pallet by guessing the way the arrows for the top were facing. However, they were turned on their side with one box on top of the other. The plants inside were tossed around. Each plant were individually wrapped so no mess inside. 
Just suggesting they strap the boxes on top of each other so shippers will use a hand truck.

Shipping more than one box concerns.

The plants arrived in great shape. I was able to plant them immediately which went quick well. I ordered the smaller size for the space I had and to control their size over the years. They all are flowering after about a week.
No problems and these should be quite attractive over the seasons.

Perfect size and shape

The shrubs were pretty roughed up when they arrived, but I'm certain that it's because of the rough treatment it got from the delivery folks. The box that my shrubs came in hit the door so hard it sounded like someone was trying to break into my home. Branches were broken, and some of the soil was in the box when it should have been inside the bags the shrubs were in. But I could tell that it was very carefully packed originally and they are recovering nicely in my care. Thank you very much for asking!

Delivery Folks Treated My FRAGILE Delivery In a very NON-fragile Manner, Causing Some Damage

Unfortunately, the shipper didn&#x27;t handle the plants with the &quot;this side up&quot; very well, but the shrubs were in pretty good shape. The zip tie around the plant base was difficult to take off, would recommend a thinner tie more easily cut or removed. Plant was still well hydrated, no damage to the branches. :-)

I am happy with the convenience and availability of plants that I&#x27;m otherwise unable to find. I was not dissatisfied enough to reach out with a complaint, but there were a lot of broken branches on my order. I assume that this is somewhat common with mail order, which is why I let it go.

More than just minor damage

The Dwarf Radican Gardenias arrived and after opening the box discovered they were not too green. The plants were not compact and tight but loose and very scraggly looking. After a week in the ground they are starting to stand up a little more. A little disappointed since I had one plant that was very dark green, compact and loaded with blooms for a lot less money.

Not Too Green

the second delivery of gardenias leaves all yellowed. I have watered in the container but until look better will not plant. The first gardenia bushes have been sprayed for bugs twice starting to look a little better. I cut all brown leaves off and the brown that ate away the buds. I have a few buds on the plants hopefully will bloom some day. Would never buy plants online again very disappointed.
