I love this dispenser but wish that there was a temperature control. The cold water is more like cool. Not a huge deal if you have an ice maker though.

Beautiful aesthetics, interesting temperature choice. Easy loading from the bottom. Hot water one cup at a time, the 2nd is warm, when the bottle is empty, loud noise.

Water Dispenser

Nice bottom load water dispenser that works with any size water jugs. Haven't used the hot water. A bit noisy when it's cooling but otherwise very happy with the purchase

Good purchase

The machine works very well, but it is very, very loud and the excessive sound increases when the motor starts and ends for the cooler component. The loud motor sound shakes at the end.  Our machine is only 5 months old but we do love putting the water bottle at the bottom.

The hot water lasts for one cup, and then it starts pouring cold... I wanted to make tea, started drinking it, and it turned out cold... I had a Primo water cooler before, and the difference was significant! I had to rinse it out for a long time before the first use to avoid drinking the acidic water. I had to drain about 12 liters of it to avoid the feeling of cold...

There's enough hot water for one cup and then cold

We bought this machine last July and it is not working anymore in October... We are an office and we use it every day, so we are very disappointed. Unfortunately, we could only return it until the beginning of the month and this time is now exceeded, we do not recommend this water machine.

Does not work 3 months later

Really cheap built. Unit door switch stop working after 1 month, water started leaking inside the unit afeter 4 1/2 months after purchase. No help from Wallmart or Westinghouse was offer because I didn't purchase an extended warranty. Very expensive unit if you consider that the unit have worked for just a bit more than 4 months. To avoid...

Water Dispenser to avoid

All the Water is leaking from the cooler, and combined with electricity makes it VERY dangerous to be near to. I have kids so I have to stop using it for my kids safety and my own. 300 dollars gone to waste.

This may have been a nice water cooler but it was delivered in horrible conditions and even after letting Walmart know about it they have never reached out to rectify this problem if this was ordered through Amazon this would never be the case. So very disappointed

Water cooler is delivered in horrible condition

The Westinghouse water dispenser  model WKWDT79  is of low quality with no technical back up. Followed installation  procedure as per attached instruction manual , the low water light is always on , while there is have a full bottle. Emailed then tried contacting manufacturer at :info.westinghousehomeware.com  with no response.
