Value For Money

I'm very satisfied with the Westinghouse Premium Top Hot and Cold Water Dispenser. The design looks modern and premium, and it fits well in my kitchen without taking up too much space. The top-loading feature makes it easy to monitor the water level, and changing bottles is straightforward.

Both the hot and cold water functions work efficiently. The cold water is refreshingly chilled, while the hot water heats quickly and is perfect for coffee, tea, or instant meals. The dispenser operates quietly, which is a big plus for everyday use.

Modern Design with Excellent Performance

Very satisfied with my purchase because before we had one with the water bottle downstairs and it was louder because of the pump and it lasted only 3 years.

It was on sale for $140, such a great deal in comparison to other ones that were well over $200-$300. Very happy, convenient, cold and hot water on demand.

I like this Westinghouse top load water dispenser because it's convenient and also has a hot water option. It was more reasonably priced compared to others.

I think the water cooler is cheaper than other shopping malls. And it has very good performance. The temperature of cold water and warm water is very good.

Does not get very cold and dispenses very slow but the hot water is hot and has a good safety feature.

Seems slow

I find the stability feet useless.  Instead, there should have been 4 screw-on feet where you can control each individual height. The water still has a bit of “plastic” taste but it's slowly getting better as my 5L jug is half empty. Otherwise, great unit for great price.

Glad with my purchase despite a few elements…

Tje water bottle holder is made of cheap plastic and broke quotr easily just by placing bottle on the unit. Very difficult to find a replacement part
