I am so happy with this product. I would totally recommend this product to businesses or homes. I don't have small children but the hot water safety feature is a great idea for those families.

Love it!

Honestly, such a great buy. The delivery was fast (it arrived legit a day after ordering online) the set up was easy and instructions easy to understand. This water dispenser has saved us so much money in water bottles and encourages my family to drink more water. The water gets really cold so I have a feeling this will be my family's best friend in the summer months. Worth every penny!

Great Dispenser

Very convenient hot water is actually hot and cold water actually cold and a very light weight dispenser and very affordable

Great value

Installation manual is poorly written and does not instruct the user how to load a water bottle for use. Since this is the first time using a dispenser, I had to resort to using You-tube to determine how to load the bottle. Otherwise the product works well and looks good.

Its a nice water cooler, a bit loud and its very much top heavy and can fall over easily but a good little water cooler.

Shopped online. Paid. Picked up 4days later. Box seemed flimsy and weak. Gentleman plops it in my trunck. Turns out Refurbished dispenser! Why? Oh cause it does not make cold water cold or water hot. On top of that. The right front foot which is supposed to be adjustable. Is not. So it kinda wobbles. Poor practice on Walmart if someone returns something you should not just put it in a box and just resell it. Multi billion dollar corporation but will just keep throwing garbage at its customers instead of getting credits from suppliers.

Will not buy again

Purchased one at the store , came home and it was dented... returned the item at the store.  
I then ordered the same one online and when it was delivered item was dented once again.  Very flimsy ... will be returning it today !  Do not purchase this item !!!!

Walk away

Only lasted 4 months, just past the return to store date and then leaked all over the floor. Hot water dispenser could also be a little tricky to navigate without getting scalded depending on the container.

Pricey for a cooler that only lasted 4 months

Item was dirty and came with two boxes that were taped together. Item had no plastic cover nor cushion and came with wet paper.

Disgusting

The machine started to run after only a few weeks of use. I strongly recommend this article.
