I have sliced one boneless ham, so simple to widen the blade to the thickness I made thicker slices for ham steaks & thine slices for sandwich ham. It was so easy I had my girlfriend slice up another. She could not believe how simple it was.she said oh my goodness it is like watching a butcher slice meat for you now I can do it myself.

Works great as long as your not in hurry. Motor seems to be a little slow with blade rotation. Cuts good. I tried it on Rye bread and a cured ham. Seems to do the job it says it will. May not be a commercial grade but then neither is the price. I would recommend this as a good value for what it is.
