Don't waste your money on all those other  house washes.  Follow the directions. 
 Spray this on, let it do its thing. 
Be patient. It takes a week or two to start working. 
I've been using this for years more. One or two applications a year. House used to be green with moss and mildew. Now looks great all the time.

Magic cleaning

A contractor turned me on to this stuff to remove moss growing between pavers on my patio--I now use on the vinyl siding, patio furniture, and Trex (composite wood) deck. I even spray my Weber grill down...and the big plastic patio box...and the large stones that make up a wall surrounding my patio...my Green Egg...my metal table and chairs...  I apply it in the spring and late summer.  Amazing stuff. One word of warning--it does leave residue on the shiny plastic railings that are on my composite deck and it doesn't really clean off (it fades away in time) so I try not spray it there (but I don't worry about overspray--it's just appears to be a cosmetic thing and no damage is being done).

Works well

This stuff really works!  We have an area on our covered patio that gets wet when it rains and gets all green.  Pressure washing wouldn't even take it off.  Tried a strong chlorine solution once (just in a spot) and it discolored our concrete.  Just mix this up according to directions, spray to wet all the green spots down, and in a day or two the green is gone!  And it stays away for weeks before having to reapply.  Also works well on wood surfaces.

This stuff really works!

This is the best way to be rid of mold around the house, but you must be a bit patient. I find it works best if you can power wash brick and areas like that first, then apply the wet and forget to continue to keep the mold away. It works great on pool cage screens, siding, and patios. Re-apply about every 4-6 months to keep everything ship shape.

Better than it's competitor!

I live in Oregon and moss gets on virtually everything during the winter. I treat sidewalks, my driveway. brick walkways in my yard, retaining walls, patio furniture covers, and parts of my roof each year. To date there have been no negative effects. Existing moss buildups simply die and starting deposits disappear, The price at Walmart were the same as the best on the web and my order was delivered in 2 days with no membership fee.

Great Price and Delivery for and Excellent Produce

This cleaner does a great job in clearing away mold from outdoor surfaces. Its a must in my yard where shade and dampness cause an excessive growth in green mold on my deck and garden fixtures.

Worth every penny

Have used this product for years.  Best on market for prolonged control of mold growth on block wall in my backyard cut into Hill which can by very damp.  Highly recommend this product!

Best outdoor mold prevention product on the market

This stuff works real good I used it on green moss in my lava rock you have to saturate it completely it browns in a few days. I used it on black mold on my concrete sidewalk it cleans it up but it takes weeks.

Works great for a long time.

I used this for moss growing on my roof and it works great. You truly just have to wet and forget. Your first purchase should be the sprayer. Then you can use the concentrate to refill the sprayer.

Second year of use. Am 79 and no longer doing much hand weeding and pressure washing. A real help for us. Plan to finish the stockade fence . No green on fence, pavers, statues.

This has not worked one bit and we get a lot of rain.
