Easy to read(parent) and understand for my first grader. He was able to relate to the examples and situations they mentioned in the book. He was much better in about 2 weeks. They gave lots of helpful ideas and exercises to do with your child to help them through times of stress and anxiety. I highly recommend this book to anyone with kids who are struggling with anxiety / nervousness.

My daughter is 10 and suffers from anxiety. The psychologist recommended this book.
My daughter loved it. She really enjoyed learning and being able to draw pictures of what her fears look like.
It has helped her to understand that some of her symptoms are caused by her worrying to much. It really helped her to realize that she is ok, and that its just something she has to learn to turn off her
brain.

conquer your child's worries

This book has been extremely helpful for my 8 year old daughter. Just knowing the book was on its way gave her a sense of hope. She began reading it right away and was reluctant to only read 1-2 chapters a day. She wanted to read the whole book. I think it really helped her to know there are other kids who feel like she does. The book is well written and easy for kids to understand. She still worries some, but the feelings aren't as overwhelming or as often. She likes to go back to the book and reread it. This book has been a blessing to her and our family. Wonderful value. Best of luck with your worrier.

I got this book to help my daughter. It has really helped and made a huge difference. I totally recommend this to any one that has a child with anxiety. The work pages were fun for her to do also.
