I bought this Whirlpool water cooler a few days ago and its fantastic. I combined it with the refillable bottle alternative (Vitapur GWF8 Dispenser Water Filtration System) so you can use tap water instead of heavy bottles. Its a great system. Installation is easy but does take about an hour and you must follow the instructions carefully, making sure you clean and rinse all parts, soak the filter for 30 mins and rinse (with small amount of bleach) the main reservoir. The cooler looks good and the water chills very quickly after installation. There is a gauge on the top you set as a reminder to change the filter in 6 months. Light at the taps is good for nighttime use. The feet you install at the start help level the cooler on the floor. So far, looks to be money well spent and will eliminate small water bottles in the house.

Excellent Whirlpool water cooler

We love this water cooler, very quiet, only slight sound when cooling water.  Hot water works well, cold water nice and chilled for drinking.  LED light in between 2 water dispensers is very nice as we don't have to turn on kitchen light to get a drink.  We have had this cooler for 3 weeks and are very pleased with purchase.

Whirlpool Hot & Cold Water Cooler

We purchased this unit a month ago, and it has been working flawlessly ever since. Both the hot and cold features work very well, with no issues to date.
There has been reviews that complain about the noise, however given that fact that the unit has the capability to heat the water as well as cool we find the noise level to be very acceptable. Our cooler is located right beside our kitchen table, and yes it does make noise, but certainly nothing to complain about in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this product for the price and functionality.

Service was great. Machine came in just a few days. Easy to put together and level. Water temps are really good. Nice and hot and very cold.

I really like this water dispenser. One thing I really like is that a water bottle can sit on
the shelf to be filled with water - does not need to be held and tilted. 
It also provides the right temperature of water for whatever is needed.

We got this water cooler about a month ago and we are very pleased with the purchase. Exactly what we were looking for, instead of refilling a small jug of water in the refrigerator every few hours. There is a light on the cooler which is great for getting a glass of water at night and not needing to turn on the kitchen light. Definitely recommend!!

Great Water Dispenser

Purchased 2 weeks ago.  Very cold water and very quit compressor. I like the idea you can turn off hot water and use the hot water side as room temperature water.  Seems very well built.  Only minor dislike is that it comes with a black power cord on a white cooler. Recommend purchasing.

Great Water Cooler

Pros:
- Easy to install
- Not that heavy
- Instructions manual came with simple and clear instructions
- Materials seems durable 
- No foul odor or any strange details after it has been plugged
- Just put your water bottle directly on top, easy and simple

Cons:
- LED light is on all the time (is there a way to turn it off?)
- There is a small buzzing noise (unnoticeable if you're not paying attention to it), could be the LED light 
- No lid to cover your bottle (if it doesn't bother you, then it's not a con)

For the price, it looks like a good deal.

TRUSTWORTHY BRAND, GOOD QUALITY

I bought this cooler in August it is now February and the cold water function doesn't work. It does not cool my water. It comes out as room temperature.
