I used it twice and it has been great so far. It's not noisy at all and the suction is great compared to my previous stick Bissell vacuum.

Great quality

We had high hopes for this vacuum cleaner but it's neither as powerful nor as sturdy as expected. The end of the hose where there's a rubbery connection to the various tools broke in 2 days just from changing the heads/tools and now they don't fit well. The suction is average but the so called "turbo brush" makes the dust catch less powerful.

Very disappointed with the product. Does not pick up much of anything. Will be bringing this back or contacting the manufacturer. No value for the money spent on it. if i could give it "0" rating I would
