Gateway Creations Inc.  4 shelf bookcase is presented in a solid Pine wood.    Finished with a Matte White stain and then an Antique Wax finish.    The assembled product dimensions are: 32-5/8” W x 11-3/4” D x 59” H.  This bookcase is made from solid pine timber, responsibly sourced from Brazil.    There are no wood fillers or MDF materials, solid wood.  The natural finish is complemented by a wax treatment designed to protect the wood while enhancing the natural appearance of the wood.  The included for safety is anti-topple hardware.  The product is easy to assemble even for the first time DIYers.

Wooden frame in the front of the unit frequently dettaches from the unit.
There were no assembly instructions with the unit.
1 item did not have the holes pierced as shown on the assembly instructions that we found on line.

This item came without instructions. It had many parts (dozens of tiny nails, plastic connectors, etc) which was very surprising and there was no indication that the item had to be fabricated as opposed to simple assembly. It appeared to have been opened prior to delivery and while I could not be sure, I think there were parts missing (there was one small piece of masonite of a size I could not imagine where it might go unless paired with another. The quality of the wood pieces was below standard.

Receiving with package damaged, open box to check -- the 2 largest pine wood panels both cracks....  I spent 2 hours repacking package and driving to  store for returning......learned  the lesson, will not buy again....
