Easy to assemble!! My husband doesn't like his jeans dried in the dryer so I bought this to put in my laundry room to hang them on. I hang 4-5 pair of his (wet) jeans on it and my work pants with no problem! I'm completely satisfied, it does exactly what I need it to do!

Garment Rack

Although it came with no assembly directions, putting all the pieces together correctly was obvious. It was somewhat difficult pressing the tubes into their plastic fittings though. It takes either quite a bit or force or a few taps with a rubber mallet. I did not attach the wheels, as this rack sits on deep carpet, so wheeling it around would be impossible. It seems sufficiently sturdy for the purpose, so I would recommend this product.

Useful in the laundry room

I am actually using this to hold pocket charts in my classroom as I teach and it works great. It easily holds weight and isn't too big and bulky. Love it!

Great for teachers too

Great value especially since Walmat doesn't charge shipping to purchase the same item from Amazon. And it was only $14
I wasn't expecting coaster wheels on the rack. So that's a nice bonus for the price.
Maybe my clothes are heavy but the rack tends to lean from the weight of what I have hanging.

great value

Was looking for a rack my 5-year old daughter would be able to reach so she could pick out her own clothes. The Whitmor Adjustable Rack is a good, low-cost solution. I adjusted the rack to it's lowest height and it is just perfect for my daughter's size.

Exactly what I was looking for

Excellent value and easy to set up. I bought this for hanging up my clothes and coats. It's a little wobbly but that's only cuz I over stuffed it with items. Great for hanging dresses and work clothes.

Nice

Since this was the cheapest garment rack I could find, I didn't expect it to be heavy duty. I also liked the idea of no tools required. The instructions were good. However, two of the metals rods were misshapen right out of the box and never should've passed inspection. I was able to reshape the rods with a needle-nose pliers and worked just fine for my garage sale. Because I can store it back in its original box, I'll probably invest in another one.

I read the mixed reviews and thought - for the price - I'd try it anyway, but I really don't understand how some people can say how wonderful it is!!! Although it looks great, it will come apart with the least pressure because the uprights are NOT - I repeat - NOT attached in any way to the bottom: no bolts, screws, locks, etc. They just fit in a hole on each end. When I tried to push it over a bump in the rug, the uprights came out in my hands! The only reason I'm keeping it is because I have it propped in a corner between a dresser and the wall, so I won't be moving it at all. Even still, it starts to tilt with any pressure when putting clothes on or taking them off the rack. As I said: Ridiculously FLIMSY!! How hard would it be to have some type of latch/lock on the bottom of each pole??? At least it wouldn't come apart in your hands!

Ridiculously FLIMSY!!

When product arrived and assembly was attempted, found one of the support poles did not have holes drilled in it so rack could not be assembled, very poor QC. This rack requires 4 holes in each lower pole so rack height can be adjusted. Without holes the pole slides to the bottom of the stand.

Poor Quality control

This was tricky to put together because the posts wouldn't go into the holes securely. With pressure, the prong that pops out to hold up the chrome post broke. Had to duct tape it together on the first use. Geez.

Broken before I finished putting it together.
