these name brand q-tips are wonderful. they do not come apart in my ear like most of the generic ones do. I highly recommend these even though they may be more expensive than the Walmart brand they are still worth it!

They are not flimsy, they are very strong swabs and for a great price. The cotton sides are also very strong and soft and hold its shape unlike other that break and have the cotton poof up.

Very sturdy

I have been using Q-Tip brand cotton swabs for years.  I have tried others, but these are my personal preference for health and beauty.  The tip of the cotton swab is fluffier than other brands, so if you are looking to use these for a craft, especially if you plan on using it for paint or glue, you may want to try another brand.

I have made the biggest mistake of buying other cheap brands of cotton swabs, but they're not all made the same way. The cheaper versions don't have enough cotton on the ends and the sticks are easily bent or broken which can be very dangerous if you're using them to clean your ears. Only Q-tips brand should be bought if you want quality cotton swabs. They have so many good uses and the 500 count box is priced well.

I bought these Q-tips to replace some cheaper swabs that had a plastic stick which bent whenever I tried to use them for anything. Q-tips Cotton Swabs are much sturdier! I have had no problem with bending while using them. Sometimes old school is best!

Better than the cheaper swabs

In my lifetime I have bought the generic swabs once or twice and they either felt like you were jabbing a knife in your ear from lack of cotton or they bent. Stick with the Q-Tips brands and you won't go wrong. Soft cotton on the tips and they do not bend with normal use.

There are some things that are worth paying more for and this is one of those things. Name brand all the way. The off brands break, the cotton ball will be missing, and the cotton part doesn’t hold up. I use these every third day or so and the box lasts me almost a whole year!

I have tried the off brands of ear swabs, and didn't work very well. Q-Tips are a reliable brand, with plenty of cotton cushion on the ends. You won't have the cotton come off like with the other brands. I use these swabs for applying medicine, cleaning electronics, and cubbyholes that are hard to reach on many things. Good for crafts too.

Here again, I have tried less expensive brands but come back to the original!  They are stronger and better made, in my opinion!  I use them to wipe out my ears, during makeup, and a whole variety of things that come up.  The Original Q-Tip is the BEST for me!!

Great for babies and adults like me, instead of using my fingers because of my long nails, these QTips are the best because they are strong holding and firm and stand up to water, took. Would recommend to everyone. Multi purpose
