[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome Humidor ! I have read some reviews about how they cant get it up to or stabilize the humidor. This is far from true. You need to read the directions. Wipe the interior out with a warm water cloth ( distilled water only). Then fill the container with water. Some of my cigars were a little under what they should have been moisture wise so I put another container in for about 3 days and then when it got up to where I wanted it, I pulled the second container. I just used a small plastic container we had around the house. A couple of weeks later and this thing is working like a charm and I dont have to deal with putting drops in and forgetting about it all the time. Nice, really nice !

I could not be more pleased with this Cigar Humidor. It set up incredibly easy and has worked perfectly at keeping my cigars in mint condition. Not one cigar has dried out or been too moist on the wrapper. I am very happy with the purchase. I would note that this unit is perfect for my 100 - 120 cigars. The claim that it holds up to 250 would be a stretch.

Bought as a surprise gift form my son when he graduated flight school. He was pleasantly surprised and said it's super simple to care for unlike a traditional   Non electric humidor .

I bought this for a friends birthday after seeing it in another friends home! Great appliance great price! Sams had the best price and convenient home delivery!

Great purchase!

I have receive the humidor about 3 weeks for my birthday and it is awesome! I had previously had 50-60 count box that had absolutely no room left. This humidor allows me to separate my premium sticks from my daily smokes. Very easy to season and holds humidity very well. I suggest buying a Bluetooth/WiFi hygrometer to monitor you humidity.  Initial plastic smell was strong, but I simply wiped the plastic down with vinegar and it was good to go. I allowed a week for seasoning to get my humidity up (RH 80%), then I load that bad boy up. My current RH is about 69-70%

Amazing Purchase

This is actually my 2nd unit. The 1st one I bought stopped working within 30 days. This one has been going strong for 60 days-and seems to work really well .

When it works it's awesome

If you read online cigars should be kept at 70° and 70% relative humidity this unit only goes up to 65° and the lowest I could get the humidity at the temperature is like 80 Rh. I'd like a unit that maintains the recommended temperature and relative humidity and I will likely be switching this thing out sometime in the near future. That being said it is better than letting the cigars go bad they aren't going bad yet, but I don't think they're as good as they should be. This is my first humidor.

it's not work correctly since I've had it I am trying to work with the company and their technical support department to get it fixed they keep sending me the same email over and over again to check the same thing that wasn't working before it doesn't control the humidity the gauges are incorrect the only benefit I see to it is that it looks good
