I purchased this ice maker several months ago and at first thought it was a lousy product until I figured out that you cannot block the side vents at all.  Once I removed the obstructions, the machine worked like a charm and has continued to operate excellently.  I love this ice machine and use it each and every day in a second kitchen.

My husband bought me this ice maker for Christmas. We had to return it because the website shows it having a water line hookup; however the model sold by Walmart does not have a water line hook up!
