These pans are great for baking chicken strips or French fries.  Non stick coating works really well and these are oversized pans perfect for those large ovens and big meals that are baked on them.  I'm sure they will work well for cookies, too.

The description states heavy gauge construction I really question that because the pan bends very easily. I can hold the pan vertically and put one hand on the upper left corner and the other hand on the bottom right corner and try to move the pan and it will bend and wobble very easily.

The pan bends very easily

I hate this pan! It's supposed to be heavy duty metal and when I put it in the oven it always makes a loud banging sound which means it's warping. The biggest thing I hate is that it's not truly non-stick, the true testament of non-stick bakeware is if baked on food isn't hard to get off and baked on food or grease on this pan is terrible to get off and if you can get it off it ends up leaving a bad stain mark. Also the coating doesn't seem that durable I haven't used this pan that often and just taking it in and out of the oven a few times it rubbing on the oven rack has already taken some of the coating off the bottom. I do not recommend this bakeware at all I'm going to be switching to the GS brand bakeware which is true non-stick, food can get burnt on the GS coating and you can basically peel it off.

Not true non-stick and coating isn't durable

The quick release it mentions in the product description is so false! I don't know what it will release easy but I put  2 sweet potatoes on the baking sheet with cuts in them, of course some sugars were released, went on the pan and stuck like crazy, it took so much scrubbing to get any stuff off even soaking a bit in hot water didn't help. The G S bakeware I highly doubt would be like this I know what my next baking sheet is going to be.
