It's easy to use: microwave bottle and then squeeze onto homemade or store-bought cookies. Decorate fun cookies for birthdays, holidays and more with this  Cookie Icing. Great for using on roll-out sugar cookies or gingerbread, this orange icing sets quickly, so you can enjoy your baked goods in no time! And, since it's pre-colored, there's no need to worry about adding food coloring. Simply warm the icing in the microwave, then pipe it on your cookies straight from the bottle. Once decorated, let your cookies dry for 30 to 45 minutes before adding additional decorations. One bottle is enough to cover about 16 (3 in.) cookies. While this icing dries smooth, it does not dry hard (like royal icing). Icing will spread or smear if cookies are stacked.

You can make detailed designs using the bottle tip, or spread the icing all over the cookie. The icing sets up in about an hour. The Wilton iving is quick-setting and microwavable, perfect for decorating sugar cookies or any other roll-out type of cookie. It is easy to use.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This decorative icing is so easy to use! Follow the directions about microwaving it, then replace the cap and squeeze onto your cookie; done! And it tastes really good. So much easier and quicker than making the icing from scratch.

Super easy!

Taste is not great when you just try it. My son liked the taste on the cookie my daughter thought it was gross. You have to microwave the container to loosen up the icing to squeeze it out.

Icing ok in a pinch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this in years past and it worked great but this year, it was very hard to squeeze out of the bottle.  I don't know if it was old or what but based on this year's experience… I would not recommend.

Just ok

The worst cookie icing I have ever used! This icing hardened so quickly, that I had to heat it up in the microwave every 15 minutes or less to keep using it. Such a waste of time and so difficult to get the icing out of the bottle. It would block the inside of the nozzle.

Horrible Icing!

Cookie icing is too runny to make even the simplest design, even a smiley. The instructions say to heat the icing, when at room temp it flows too runny. The photo on the bottle should show use as a background icing, not detailed, crisp designs as it shows. This product is not what Wilton represents it as on the shelf.

Nothing like the picture shows (should have known)

Don't buy these icings. The directions do not work. Product is a ruining mess. Bought all the colors for Holiday. Such a waste.
