Everything that I would stop from giving it 5 stores is it would need to have written directions not pictures.It was easy to put together even though it only had pictures.It took me a little longer to put together but well satisfied good in heavy will do the job very nicely my handicap son will be very happy with it. Would definitely recommend this if you have a small dinning area well worth the money.

We like this dining set.

I'm glad I made the purchase for my mother. Her table took up the entire room making it look small and cramped. The leaf option is perfect for her situation. Only issue was a small water spot on the top that is a different colour than the rest of the table.

I am happy except for a little lack of finishing the product. Chairs easy to mount except that the table instructions except difficult to understand But the materials are of good quality

I nice dining set, looks nice. However there was a spot of paint missing on the table and I had to touch it up with a furniture marker.
