The Newport Wine Bar is an excellent entertaining and storage solution. The countertop expands for when the extra space is needed when guests arrive and folds down to save space whenever needed. The overall size when closed is 20.3"W x 17.8"D x 40.1"H and when open is 50"W x 17.8"D x 40.1"H and offers storage for 9 wine bottles and three rows of hanging wine glasses. The drawer is 11.3"W x 11.8"D x 3.8"H. The open shelf is 39.3"H x 15.5"W x 13.1"D. The wine rack slot is 3.9" x 3.5" and the wine glass holder fits 9 glasses at 3.5" diameter and may fit more with smaller glasses. Made of solid and composite wood in a walnut finish. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for something to use to sit behind for our livestream podcast that was real wood,  didnt look cheap, could store things out of site from the camera, and did not take up much space. I randomly found this item on another site but it was sold out. I could not believe I got it here for the price I did. It is beyond beautiful. The craftsmanship far surpasses any item I have every assembled. It works perfectly and looks amazing. I highly recommend this!

I bought this item because I'd purchased some stunning bar stools and wanted to used them right away. I was concerned that the colors wouldn't matched. When I opened the box I could've been more excited, it was gorgeous and easy to set-up. It's classic color meshed with all of my furniture in my wittle apartment. The product was just as I imagine it; but more than I expected. It's value was great and I would highly recommend this item for anyone who doesn't have alot of space. I wish all furniture was easy to set-up.

Classically Gorgeous, Right Price, and Easy Set-Up

First of all, it was very easy to put together.  It took about an hour, but I read the instructions and took my time. I didn't have any help, so it took a bit longer. Once together, it folded compactly and was relatively easy to maneuver. When unfolded, it made the perfect sized bar. It was used at a very nice anniversary party with professional bartenders and they even complimented me on it. This doesn't look inexpensive and I can already think of the multipurpose uses for it. I'm going to use it at Thanksgiving as a drink station. Tea, coffee, cider, etc... Very happy I made this purchase!

Awesome. Easy assembly, I put it together by myself. Fits perfectly in my living room. I am loving it.

Newport bar

I like it for the price I paid. Not to hard to put together. I put it together by myself in about two hours. Be careful not to scratch the top when putting it together the direction cause for you to put it together upside down. . Saves a lot of space when folded down.  Everything seems to be well made doesnt look cheap at all.

Good buy for the money

Instructions not the greatest but you can figure them out. The anti tipping instructions are glued to the front of the bar and require VERY careful removal. Did remove a bit of the finish but a little touch up stick fixed it. It should come with touch up sticks!  A very stupid location to affix a warning notice. It is pretty heavy duty and depending on where you put it you will need the wall anchor. It's attractive enough and sturdy, but some adjustments will have to be made if you plan on keeping it open all the time. A decent piece for the money. I'd recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the design, while the assembly was relatively easy, there was one part that didn't line up perfectly.  Although I was aware of the sticker in the front, I was disappointed as others with not only where it was placed but how large it was and how difficult it was to remove without damaging the furniture.  The bar is kind of sturdy but you will need to tether to add more safety.

Love the Design but not the Sticker!

They put a large warning sticker right on the front and even if you carefully try to remove it the finish gets ruined,notice that the sticker is not shown in the picture but it says on the sticker do not remove,very misleading.The fold up sides are connected with hinges with about quarter inch length screws into the wood that are so weak that they fell right off when assembling.The drawer does not fit,I had to file down the wood and then force it to get it to go in.The pins in the front part that supposed to line up and slide into the cam connectors were not anyway near aligned so it was a big project.I feel that I got robbed but I already threw away the box and I had it delivered because of the COVID and trying to be safe so I am stuck with this piece of junk.Not Happy but lesson learned.Winsome should take this defective model off the market.

Buyer Beware,this thing is a nightmare.Stay clear.

I received this damaged piece of furniture a big deep mark on the top tablet but that we saw just at the end because the tablet is upside down and it is the last piece to install,so it would have had to disassemble everything to send it back but it was impossible to do it
