Applying a Witchcraft Nail Hardener is straightforward. If you've applied nail polish, you're equipped to apply a nail hardener. Clean your nails, removing any polish and washing and drying your hands thoroughly. Brush a thin layer of hardener onto your nails in three strokes: one down the center and two along the sides of the nail. Allow the nail hardener to thoroughly dry. Polish over the nail hardener with your favorite shade or go natural. If your nails are dry, brittle and damaged, repeat these steps daily or every other day for seven to 14 days. Repairing damaged nails does not occur with just one application of Witchcraft Nail Hardener and instead requires consistent use.

Witchcraft

Lovelovelove this stuff! I have been having my nails done with shellac and gels for over a decade but since the lockdown I've been doing them at home. About 7 months ago I developed an allergy to gel that has progressed so badly that I had to hard stop about a month ago. I should've stopped immediately but my nails are so brittle and thin that they break anytime I get any white grown out long before the edge of my fingertip: So I foolishly pushed through the pain and burning so I could keep my long nails. 

Anyways now that my gel has pretty much all peeled off and half my nails have broke I decided to try this stuff and I am so unbelievably elated that I did. It dries really quickly and throughly (without UV) so I can really glop it on my nails to thicken them like I did with gel. I did 2 coats that added a ton of thickness and my nails were bone dry 10 minutes after the second coat (probably about 15mins total) which is way, way, way better than any nail polish I've ever used. Plus I can use this stuff anywhere because I no longer need my UV light! 

But the real best part of this polish is that I have had zero reaction to it!!!!!!! This stuff really is witchcraft. I'm just sad I didn't try it sooner.

It's only been 5 days since I put it on so I can't say if it lasts as long as gel but it's definitely better than regular polish because despite me putting a ton on my nails to thicken them they haven't chipped once! I'm going back to Walmart to stock up so I never have to be without pretty nails again! 


Also, the other reviewer who said it caused them pain sounds like they just had an allergic reaction to an ingredient in here. I don't think it's common and I can say this product works wonders for me with zero adverse effects so it definitely should NOT be recalled! Please never ever discontinue this!

Gel-like polish without the gel!

I've been using this product for years and used several other more expensive brands as well, this one is the best for my nails.

Best Nail Hardener

i primarily bought this because my nails would always break, chip, or split. i work in the cleaning industry to breaking a nail is also just hard to avoid. but man this stuff really is magic. it took a about 1.5 months to really get consistent results and it works best when a top coat is added (as itll just last longer on the nail)  but my nails have never been healthier, longer or stronger

and even if i didnt need it for stronger nails it works amazingly as just a base coat and its really shiny. as a base coat my nails last over 2 weeks. it actually works better than other base coats of the same price. so its totally worth the investment u get 3 things in one, shiny nails, stronger nails and an amazing base coat.

Too thick

Bottles are much smaller than they used to be. (Price is the same). The brush is the same length as the old bottles. Brush is bent and stays bent. Difficult to paint your nails with a bent brush
